History

Oxygen began life in 1999 as a product of E-Warehouse, a service division of IT systems integrator Sol-Tec Ltd. It was acquired and established as an ISV by tech entrepreneur Richard Althorp in August 2006.

On Wednesday 12 September 2012 Specialist Software Services Group (SSS Group) acquired the Intellectual Property and certain assets of E-Warehouse and its Oxygen product set.

SSS is an industry leading independent IT services consultancy specialising in supporting our client's understanding of IT infrastructure and aligning technical aspirations to commercial goals. SSS achieves this through utilising unique IP, specialist consultancy and a proven methodology that not only allows organisations to make informed decisions, but also to make multimillion $ savings in risk and cost avoidance. Only through a detailed knowledge of a current environment, utilisation, spend and future requirements can enterprises achieve such objectives.
